Ένα οίκημα πετρόχτιστο μεζονέτα 42 τετραγωνικών του 1930 που αναπαλαιώθηκε και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2023 κρατώντας τα βασικά του χαρακτηριστικά.
