The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Sea facing property. Explore one of the UK’s best secret beaches as named by The Telegraph. Both bedrooms and the living room face the sea and sunrise. Wake up and open the bedroom door and enjoy coffee and sunrise over the sea. There is a big top terrace with a swing chair and furniture and camp chairs and fire bowl for beach evenings. 'Miles' is a spacious bungalow with large garden and private access to the beach. The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

Mollie’s Cottage

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)
