From the Master bedroom you will enjoy the views of the Estuary towards Instow. You will enter the property, as the name suggests, through it’s own tunnel! The lounge has a cosy wood burner for the cooler months and the French doors can be opened onto the private Mediterranean courtyard.

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exponses beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.

Bimbos is originally a 17th century cottage with the drang (alleyway) even older It is a quirky cottage with lots of interesting original features. It has estuary views, easy access to walks and several pubs and restaurants close by. The property also has a separate dining room and kitchen and the lounge looks out on to the garden which has a seated decking area.

A beautiful, ground floor flat, located just footsteps from the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! This self contained apartment has a spacious open plan living area with dining table and well equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with ample storage and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The secure porch provides an useful storage space for surfboards, bikes, wetsuits and other outdoor equipment. The property is south facing and enjoys its own off-road parking.
