This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! Perfect area for fishing and boating! No pets.

Fishing docks and two swimming pools (one outside by the marina and a second heated indoor pool). Bring your water toys, fishing gear, and have fun!
