Casa da Estufa - Exclusive accommodation set in the garden of FONTE SANTA, built on the foundations of the old orchid greenhouse. This self-catering accommodation has a living room and kitchenette facing the garden, and an outdoor deck. The sofa bed can accommodate one or two children (age limit 12). In the bedroom you'll find a queen-size bed, as well as a deck extension, equipped with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the fantastic view over the Douro River and the historic center of Porto!

The Wind Mill

Beautifully located in hills overlooking the Atlantic Ocean sits the Marinhas windmill. The windmill dates from the year 1758 and was built in the traditional northern Portuguese style with circular walls, two floors, an entrance on the grown floor and two windows on the upper floor. It is classified as a municipal heritage building. The mill is 130 meters above sea level thus providing a breathtaking view over the towns and ocean and a unique retreat for the more adventurous guest.

This house provides light and freedom to its guests. It is very close to Porto Airport (5min), beaches (5min), Porto (10min), city center (10min). To go to downtown Porto there are always Ubers in the area. Within walking distance there are grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, beach, laundry. There are places nearby, with bars, restaurants of all types, salt water swimming pools, places to stroll and visit. Your host is always available to recommend the best spots and services.

You can walk along the river to Porto, or you can stroll through the grounds of the house in a small private forest.

I present to you the new project created by me and my husband. It consists of a small house surrounded by nature where you can enjoy a few days of peace and tranquility. It is very close to the river Cávado (Ponte do Porto) and has good access to Gerês, Amares, Vieira do Minho, Póvoa de Lanhoso and Braga. Less than 3km away, you will also find the Quinta Lago dos Cisnes and the Solar da Levada. In addition, you can bring your pets to enjoy a good holiday with them!
