Old but Gold - Charming Studio with Balcony

Location is the epicentre of Budapest, 20 meters from the Chain Bridge. The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament and has a decadent, old beauty while the apartment is very simple and basic, a bit industrial but feels home immediately. The flat looks onto a green, inner courtyard between houses. Split air conditioner from 5 June 2025.

Our apartment is near the City Park and has an excellent location due to its direct and easy access to the citycenter and major sights. The apartment is perfect for those who prefer to be surrounded by nature but also want to be close to the center and don't make loud parties. Tourist tax is not included in the price.
