Fresh spring water flows though the property a gravity‑fed system, our on‑site waterfall generates clean hydroelectric power. The outdoor firepit & bbq makes it the perfect spot to relax with platypus sighting & occasional Tree Kangaroo visit. Property has direct access to the river for a lazy arvo.

Park House Yungaburra

Park House is the perfect garden setting by Lake Tinaroo for a home away from home for a couple, or a holiday retreat for larger groups. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + bunk house, Park House suits groups of any size from a couple up to family groups of 19. Please note that the price varies with the number of guests/pets, so take care to enter the correct number of guests when booking. Lakeside Loft

The Lakeside Loft is the ultimate relaxing getaway. It is a luxury pole home, nestled in the tree tops. It boasts three levels all with breath taking panoramic views of the Lake. The back yard has direct access to the lake for water sports for most of the year. We have a canoe and kayak for guest use. The closest boat ramp is located at Tinaburra which is only a couple of mins away. Yungaburra village is also a couple of mins drive and it is 15 min to Atherton and just over 1hr to Cairns.

Idriess Cottage

A self contained, one bedroom cottage with all amenities on the edge of Herberton on the Atherton Tablelands. The cottage has a verandah with bush views and BBQ. Part of a secure 1 hectare (2 acres) estate, the cottage is 200m from the main historic homestead. There is plenty to do here, including museums, bush walking and pack donkey treks, day trips to some real outback towns and other attractions, all only 1.5 hours' drive from Cairns International Airport. Breakfast supplies included.

Mammals include Tree kangaroos and Herbert River and Green Ringtail Possums.
