This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). Within walking distance to all the shopping and dining that the historic downtown Square has to offer as well as to the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University, our place is bright and peaceful with two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub and shower, a game room, full kitchen, laundry room, backyard with fire pit, and the quintessential Denton front porch to just sit on and watch the world go by.
