Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Conveniently located is Pena Blvd to the east for a short 15-minute drive that will get you to DIA and I-70 to the south for a 25-minute drive to the heart of downtown Denver or on to Red Rocks and the beautiful Rocky Mountains. The light rail stop is about a 2-mile drive from the house. There’s an abundance of restaurants nearby and a neighborhood grocery store is in walking distance

I'm a quick 20-25 minutes from the airport on a quiet cul-de-sac. There's space to park in my driveway or on the street. This bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is shared with my roommate. In the summer I put a window air conditioner and fan in the room. There is a mini fridge in the room. You have access to the kitchen, front and back patio areas and a living room with a tv with ROKU. Friendly cat allowed outside. Smoking is only allowed on the back patio. I am 420 friendly.
