The Outdoor Heated Pool (April- October inclusive) and Hot Tub (all year) are situated in a sheltered tropical garden, with a Pool House. There is an outdoor hard tennis court. Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.

The Coach House - Annex close to Woodbridge

Large studio space on 2 floors set in a beautiful garden and with its own private garden . Rural village location but close (1.5 Miles) to Woodbridge Historic Waterfront Market Town. Excellent base to explore Suffolks beautiful towns, villages and coastal areas .

The Stables At Sprotts Farm

Sitting in 10 acers of private grounds, Sprotts Farm is the perfect countryside getaway. The Stables is a beautifully converted barn that was completely updated in 2020. This cosy cottage sleeps four guests in a double room with a WC and a twin room. The Stables boast a large walk in shower. Looking forward to meeting you! PS: we have a pond in the main garden and our chickens are free range and wonder freely around the gardens.
