În bucătărie se află veselă și ustensile de bucătărie, expresor de cafea, prăjitor de paine, frigider, plita, cuptor electric, mașină de spălat rufe. În baie veți găsi produse de igienă, uscător de păr și duș. În apropiere se află numeroase magazine alimentare, restaurante, iar la aproximativ 5 minute de mers se află plaja Bascov.
