Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

NOTE: Leafy Retreat is very private and is located at the rear of the hosts house in a very quiet suburban street.

Set among the vines at Blame Mabel, these cabins offer a more immersive vineyard stay on a quiet hillside, with shared spaces designed for meals, lounging and conversation. Each cabin is private, with a bedroom, large bathroom, and deep vintage bath. No TV. Days move slowly between the hillside, open space, and long vineyard sunsets. Mabel (who we blame for most things) is often nearby. On weekends, the cellar door is open. A little rugged, slightly offbeat, and better for it.

Boonahview Accommodation

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.

Refurbished in 2019 farm guesthouse, 1 bedroom with kitchenette (microwave, glassware, cutlery, crockery, bar fridge, toaster, kettle), ensuite, hair dryer, lounge, heating, electric blanket, 2 x 55inch TV, patio with BBQ, outdoor dining. Has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a single bed. Please note that it has a small kitchenette not a full kitchen. it's the perfect set up for eating out!
