The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. This is a spacious and cosy holiday home for up to 6 guests with Visit England Gold Awards for 2022-2023, 2023 - 2024 and 2024- 2025! On the first floor there is a superking bedroom with private shower and wc. On the ground floor there is a kingsize bedroom and also a twin bedroom. Here there is a downstairs family bathroom with a wc, shower and bathtub and a third additional downstairs toilet. The house is situated on a quiet street on the south side of the River Tees in Barnard Castle.
