Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

Corner Cottage is located in the heart of North Elmham, behind the popular Elmham Tea Post Cafe. Recently renovated, this large one bedroom ground floor flat gives travellers an excellent base from which to explore beautiful Norfolk.... with the added benefit being just a few paces from a cooked breakfast or a slice of cake!
