Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

The 1940s cottage is a gorgeous grade II listed period property in East Bilney, blending a traditional cozy 1940s interior with modern features such as underfloor heating, rainfall shower, smart TV (no Freeview only streaming services). This traditional almshouse is all ground floor allowing accessibility to all guests & is able to accommodate 4 guests in 2 rooms. The property also boasts a wood burner, private parking, gardens,and a short, beautiful walk away from a country pub.
