Owls and Elk can be heard during the evening hours at certain times of the year. Heat is provided by a wood stove and 3 space heaters. Mount Baker is 1 hour away; Bellingham is 30 minutes. Nestled on 5 park-like acres, our home has plenty of space with close proximity to town, Mt Baker, trails, lakes and the bay. The apartment includes the entire lower level of a two story house. It is very cozy yet spacious and has property trails and a pond to explore. If you have a larger group check out the Pond View Cottage located on the same property.
