The Barn is situated in a stunning and idyllic location surrounded by nature, and yet within easy access to the village and the start of the main Snowdon footpath.The Barn has been sensitively restored and maintains many of it's original features,including crog loft (upstairs sleeping area with limited head room, accessed via steep stairs) and exposed beam ceilings, kitchen area and bathroom with free standing bath. Snowdon Lodge sleeps up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements are one double bedroom (4’6” standard double bed) one single bedroom with two small single beds (2’2” beds) Prices are based on two sharing. Theres an open plan lounge/diner & kitchen area with views over the river. CAUTION 19 september 2025 The decking at the rear has been damaged and is not safe to walk on therefore it’s currently out of bounds Please don’t walk on it. I am trying to get it fixed I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

Paddle in the sea at Dinas Dinlle which is only a short drive away! There is so much to explore from our doorstep such as ancient castles, majestic mountains and lakes, steam railways, Portmeirion, Zip-world and much more. We even have the Heritage Steam Railway and a pub within walking distance.

Terfyn Cottage

Traditional Welsh Stone Cottage in the heart of Llanberis Pass. Located within the picturesque village of Nant Peris, Terfyn is a 100m from the Snowdon long stay car park that has regular buses to Pen-y-Pass car park for hikers wanting to climb Yr Wyddfa. It is also a 300m walk to Vaynol Arms pub, where you can pop in for a well deserved traditional pub dinner and drink after a long climb. Terfyn Cottage is the perfect location to enjoy everything Snowdonia National Park has to offer.

Bryn Derwen Cottage, Betws Garmon, Caernarfon.

The quiet side of Snowdon. Bryn Derwen is close (2 miles & 3 miles respectively) to the start of the Snowdon Ranger & Rhyd Ddu paths to the summit - without the crowds! Bryn Derwen is a self catering, mid terraced cottage, between Caernarfon and Beddgelert in the Snowdonia National Park. It is spacious with dining/kitchen & pantry, south facing sitting room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The gardens front & back, offer superb views of river & mountains and the Welsh Highland Railway.

There are 2 wood burners, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & microwave. Excellent WIFI, Sky Q, walking guide books. Included is an initial supply of kindling, paper and logs. The Cwellyn Arms pub is just a few steps away.
