The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, Casper mattress, spacious closet, and en suite bath with shower.

This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

Tons of restaurants, shopping, parks, and other things to do in surrounding area!! No smoking, vaping, marijuana or other drugs. No pets, please.

Sweet Suite in Historic Woodland Park, downtown

Updated kitchen, spacious bathroom and large living space. Comfortable Queen-size bed, lots of light and great views of the park and gardens are my favorite highlights of this space. HE washer and dryer in your private laundry room. Jazz greats jammed in this space, and many books that belonged to the judge who built the house and later left to work in the White House are in the library downstairs. We collect unusual plants! Hope you'll enjoy the diversity and peaceful surroundings.
