The Old Rope Works

The Old Rope Works is a spacious and unique space in the heart of Woburn Sands, a small market town outside Milton Keynes. As the name suggests, it was once a factory where rope was made and accommodation will suit families, two couples, four friends etc. The property is located just down from the high street, which has multiple places to eat and drink, two local supermarkets for supplies, all within a 5 minute stroll. Easy access from J13 M1 or the A5, Central Milton Keynes is 10 min drive

Guests have exclusive access to this spacious, self contained one bedroomed apartment which has: private entrance, free wifi and off road parking. Just a few minutes drive from the theatre and shopping centre, Woolstone retains much of its quiet village character and ambience including canalside and river walks, 13th century church and 2 fabulous Pub/Restaurants. It is convenient for the Bowl Arena, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari, the M1 motorway(10 mins), Luton Airport (20 mins) and London.

The Carriage House, Haversham

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Stay in the Carriage House to enjoy the garden and relax in the spacious interior whether for work, a romantic break or R&R. This stone barn was renovated in 2012 by the owners, retaining the character of the original building, whilst installing underfloor heating, an air source heat pump, a fabulous kitchen, oak windows, doors and staircase and a beautiful bedroom. The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

There is a lockable fire door to the main house which is kept locked. Ideal for business guests close to J14 of the M1 and Willen Lake and handy for Silverstone. Free parking on driveway. Adorable 1 bed canal-side self-contained annexe

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

Hay Barn by the River Ouzel

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique, barn by the River Ouzel. Here you can experience a peaceful get away whilst also being close to amenities and adventure. Right on the doorstep of Newport Pagnell and only 3 miles from Milton Keynes City Centre and all it has to offer. And just 5 minutes from the M1 (Jct 14), for those that want to explore further afield. Perfect for Silverstone, Towcester Racecourse, Stadium MK & Marshall Arena and lots more.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Double room 2 min walk from high st, shops & pubs.

Newport Pagnell high street and pubs. The house is sold and we are waiting for exchange, it has no frills just very basic kitcen equipment and the bedroom. You will have the entire house to yourself, I am removing furniture slowly so the dining and sitting areas may not be furnished. Upstairs there is a bathroom and downstairs a shower area. Driveway has room for 1 car. Newport is perfect access to M1 and only ten minutes drive to MK shopping centre.
