We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Beaches and a natural swimming pool are close by and further away other attractions of Cornwall such as The Eden project are accessible by car in 20 minutes with concerts and events throughout the year.

The Bolthole

River views and dog-friendly home away from home! A fantastic two bedroom cottage in Fowey with stunning views over the river. Watch the boats go by from the front terrace, in the open plan living space or from your bedroom window. You can also relax on the comfy sofas by the log burner or enjoy drinks in the 'Mini Bolthole', your very own summerhouse with it's own electricity and wifi. The Bolthole is a 100 yard walk from Caffa Mill car park and there are steps to reach the property.

The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
