You'll have a great time at this comfortable studio with novel recycled designs where a bilingual Hawaiian-Chilean family who live and work on the property will assure you have a pleasant stay! Drive to Boerne Lake or Take a walk or drive into town to visit the local microbreweries or the typical Tex-Mex home decoration stores. After, relax under one of the many mature Oak trees while the children play on the swings and jungle gyms across the street at the Kinderpark. New firepit added also!

The Compartment

Enjoy the quiet & beautiful Texas hill country in our 440 square foot unit. Just 4 minutes from Boerne City Center. AC/Heat, Kitchenette. This is a quaint garage compartment but is not located above the garage. Private entry, private access & deck. One Queen bed. Unit comes equipped 2 electric burner stove top, pans, utensils, spices, refrigerator & laundry unit. Also includes coffee maker, microwave/air fryer/bake, toaster, WI-Fi, TV, YouTube TV approx. 70 channels incl. all network channels.

Welcome to the Sunday House! Our tiny home was built by hand using reclaimed materials with your rest & relaxation in mind. This rustic romantic getaway is equipped with many amenities including a queen-sized memory foam mattress, kitchenette, full size bathroom with a shower and a wood burning stove to keep you cozy. The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
