Set within 27 acres, this peaceful holiday home offers a relaxing place to stay whilst being within easy reach of attractions and amenities. 4 minutes drive to Lytham, with St Annes and Blackpool being just further along the coast. The holiday park has fishing access for guests and a private woodland. The caravan offers 2 bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Twin). Sofa bed (extra fee) or travel cot (free) on request. Bathroom and small ensuite to master bedroom. Light and spacious living and kitchen dining.

These former stables have been thoughtfully converted into three luxurious, contemporary holiday homes situated within the owners grounds in a semi-rural location which is well situated for exploring all the North West has to offer. The Maples is an ideal retreat from which to enjoy a host of activities and places to visit. The market town of Garstang just 8 miles away and the popular North West coast of Blackpool just 30 mins away by car and within easy reach to Southport and Lytham St Annes.

Welcome relax and unwind in our caravan . Enjoy seeing the wildlife from small birds feeding to rabbits roaming to owls flying around at dusk we are in the Yorkshire dales dark sky area . Onsite pub serving food, children & dogs welcome occasional evening entertainment. New swimming pool with baby pool . Booked via the office. 2 playgrounds. Just a short distance from nearby market town of Settle ,Kirkby Lonsdale and Skipton, and the Ribblehead viaduct . Windermere about 1 hr away

The Shed @Rectory Cottage

The Shed @Rectory Cottage is a cozy cabin perfect for a restful retreat or a peaceful work-from-home getaway. Inside, the room can be arranged with two single beds or one king-size bed, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or friends. A small table serves as a practical workstation or a dining spot for two, while the cabin’s adjoining patio and grassed areas offer a tranquil spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, perfect for putting your feet up and soaking in the garden views.
