Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

A Luxury 1850's detached spacious Farm Cottage situated in the owners grounds down a quiet country lane in a quaint Lancashire village. Please note: the 5 seater hot tub is subject to an additional charge please see details in other things to note. Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. We are close to the coast and the location is perfect for walkers, being tucked away on the Lancashire coastal way footpath. Onsite is our own brewery Farm Yard Brew Co which has street food every weekend and live music occasionally more information on their website

Larbreck Lodge is within the 3 acre grounds of our family property. We are situated on the border between Lytham St Annes and Blackpool. We are one of the only places which boasts being semi rural whilst being extremely close to all surrounding areas. Dogs are welcome at the property. The property is modern whilst still having the traditional log cabin feel. Beautiful for either the summer or winter. We are not a party place , we are a relaxation venue.... please respect that. Xx
