Beautiful Guest Suite near Boulder Hiking Trails

After exploring the front range, relax in this beautifully decorated, tech-friendly hideout, which features a Sonos music system, a 46" Smart TV and 5G Wi-Fi. The bathroom sparkles, with its glass, chrome, and Italian tiles. Enjoy the delicious breakfasts and handy backpacks. The studio is located in the lower level of our family house. We are relatively quiet but you may hear myself and my black lab, Boomer, going about our lives. From the front porch, you follow a lighted cement walkway to your private entrance. The door has a keypad lock. High-speed internet with Wifi provided (5G). The Smart TV is 46". It has Apple TV as well as USB ports for your Roku stick or Fire TV. We do not have cable TV. If you like to cook, you will find a nice assortment of spices, knives, pots & pans, and kitchen wares. You also have your own full-size washer/dryer in a closet off the kitchen. The recessed lighting was designed to be pleasing, bright and dimmable. The studio shares the home's central heating and cooling. There are three baseboard heaters should you desire additional warmth. Your space has two high-quality ceiling speakers that connect to a Sonos audio system. There is an Amazon Echo – you can control the speakers by talking to Alexa :) My teenagers and I live upstairs. I imagine you will hear us going about our lives. The studio has a private entrance, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a full-size washer/dryer. Please let me know if I can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable – I am just a call or message away. I am happy to provide recommendations and share insider tips on local dining options and activities. The studio is located in the lower level of the main house. There are amazing views of the Flatirons from the front porch. The house sits on a quiet street in the Table Mesa neighborhood, near shops and restaurants, with downtown Boulder just a short drive away. • The bus stop for the SKIP bus is 0.3 miles away. This SKIP bus runs north and south along Broadway. It stops at Pearl Street in downtown Boulder and at several locations on the University of Colorado campus. • The bus stop for the 206 bus is 0.3 miles away. The 206 goes to the Boulder Junction at Depot Square Station which is located close to Pearl St. and 30th St. During the school year (Aug 18 - May 30) on Mon, Tue and Wed mornings, my son gets up at 6:00 am to catch the regional bus to downtown Denver. We will try to be quiet but you may hear us moving about.

COVID-COMPLIANT EXTRA SANITIZED AND CLEAN! Spacious studio living space with a cozy and well lit bedroom, a comfortable and large living area and a full private bathroom awaits my guests. The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.
