We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Our cosy space offers tiny living with luxury. We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

The Snug

The Snug is our bright and comfortable studio apartment situated above our garage in the beautiful village of Brigstock. The studio is separate from our property, you will have a key and can come and go as you please. The Snug is set in a cul-de-sac and is in a quiet location with privacy and parking. The property has a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom and a comfortable King sized bed. Sheets and towels are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities, TV & Wi-Fi.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.

West St Chapel is a unique home in the heart of the historic market town of Oundle. Recently converted, it makes a comfortable, light-filled home, featuring an open-plan kitchen, small dining area , living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. This charming historic grade II listed thatched cottage oozing with charm in the beautiful village of Weldon. Experience a piece of History in this wonderful property with its exposed beams, cozy lounge - a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Please note: this wonderful house was built in an era when low ceilings were the norm. The dining room and lounge ceilings are quite low which might be a challenge for those guests over 6ft 1 inch tall.
