Private Beach Cottage. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Large covered patio area for outdoor living. Enjoy private walks on our wonderful Beach. The beach is only 300 yards away 2 minutes walk. Next to Nomad Surf Shop you can rent Surf & paddle boards. We take pride in having the cleanest cottage in town. All tile floors, all white linens. Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans and disinfects all surfaces and linens after each occupancy. We have parking for only two cars, one’s covered under the carport.

4-Bedroom Beach House

A warm comfortable peaceful beach cottage steps from the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has a queen bed, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower and private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a jack-n-jill bathroom to the 3rd bedroom with a full bed. All bedrooms have down pillows and blackout curtains. The downstairs bedroom has a futon and is adjacent to a full bath. We have a fire pit, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler ready for a short walk to the beach...

Exclusive PRIVATE SPACE, quiet neighborhood. A few steps from convenient designated parking spot leads you to a private entrance to a private 1st floor suite, with a living area (264 sq ft/11’x24’) a king bedroom suite (195 sq ft/13’x15’), bathroom and closet. The suite is attached to our home, is quiet and locked off. 2 miles to I-95, 3 miles to downtown Atlantic Ave; shops, restaurants, galleries. 3.8 miles to beach. Closest major intersection is Lake Ida Road and Congress Avenue.
