Nestling on the edge of the traditional village of Broadhempston, ideally placed for exploring the whole of the South Hams and Dartmoor. Converted from Stables in 2017, the accommodation comprises of a spacious living area including a lounge/kitchen/diner. Two bedrooms, one twin and one double both with separate bathrooms. The local town of Totnes is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants and has a national rail station. Broadhempston is near the A38 Devon Expressway putting Exeter and Plymouth within easy reach.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.
