Chalet in Kingdown - sea views

Kingsdown holiday park is a fantastic staycation destination for families, featuring a large pool, heated kids pool, kids playground, pitch n putt, and tennis court on-site. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach, there's plenty to do for everyone. Chalet 34 stands out as one of the few detached chalets available, offering the most space for your stay. Plus, we're blessed with incredible sea views from our back deck—a perfect spot to relax and soak in the tranquil sights and sounds of the ocean.

R&R is a unique, hidden away little chocolate box cottage that has its own garden space perfect for evenings with a glass of wine and possibly even a well behaved dog upon request. The Lodge, Puddledock

Puddledock Lodge is a small cosy lodge,based on a small campsite near Canterbury. situated at the end of a private driveway, next to woodland, close by my own home. To the rear of the site in an old barn is our small classic vehicle restoration business that makes unusual vehicles to stay in like our horsebox lorry & waggon hut sited around the pond. The Lodge is the perfect escape with woodland walks though the wild camping area and countryside.It’s within easy reach of beaches & attractions.

Cosy Fisherman Hut 27, Breakfast provided

A unique, cosy beach hut retreat in a spacious garden with private access, in the historic town of Deal. Continental breakfast provided. 5 mins walk from Deal train station and 8 mins from the beach, 3 mins from Deal's High Street with independent shops, bars and restaurants and situated on the outskirts of Deal conservation area. A great base to explore Deal and the Kent coast, or perfect for a detox. 24 hours notice before your visit required. Hut has been electrician-certified.

Super cozy stilted luxury cabin with ‘hotsprings’ hot tub set in a garden dominated by Palms, Bamboos, Tree Ferns and other exotic planting creating a Jungle feel. Being hand built by the owner, this space really is a absolute one off. Everyone that visits, remarks that they ‘feel like there abroad’. A gorgeous kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge with 1 of 2 log burners. The bathroom has an extremely ‘high end’ feel to it. The lower level reveals an enormous hand crafted 4 poster bed.

In the heart of the beautiful Kentish countryside, the picturesque village of Littlebourne is only 4 miles from the historic Cathedral City of Canterbury. This studio style lodge in the owner's garden, overlooks open countryside and has everything you could want for a cosy, comfortable and relaxing holiday or short break.

Tidal Cabin - seaside themed cabin in Herne Bay

We look forward to hosting you in our cosy, seaside-themed cabin set in our garden. Suitable for couples or friends as there's also a sofa bed if needed (please advise at the time of booking). (Please note we are unable to accept children under 12.) Perfect as a base for exploring the local area of Herne Bay with great trails for bikes/walks and runners. A welcome basket for a light breakfast is provided, along with teas, coffee and milk/juice.

Trails End cabin

A cosy cabin that is within a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a short walk to the town amenities. This is the perfect base for cyclists and walkers alike and great for a few days sight seeing in the city of Canterbury. Your accommodation has private access and consists of a king size bed with a spacious shower room and the facilities to make a light breakfast with a eating area both inside the cabin or outside on your private patio area
