Cherry Tree House is a private apartment within our house with own entrance. We live in the other half of the house with no access to your apartment. King size Hypnos bed, fully fitted kitchen, range cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Own bathroom with a huge walk in shower. A 40" TV with Now TV and Netflix, so you can relax and catch up with a box set. Tea/coffee facilities are provided. You also have shared access to our peaceful garden. No children or pets.

Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

It is very near to the North Foreland Golf Club, the Lighthouse and public footpath through Elmwood Farm, overlooking fields with horses. Horse riding is available at Elmwood Farm and coffee and cakes or a pub meal are on offer in Reading Street

Perfectly located right on the beach yet in the heart of Broadstairs, this ground floor flat is in the historic 'Eagle House', named after the French Eagle Standard captured in the Battle of Waterloo. The flat is a really lovely spacious one bedroom basement property. It has its own private entrance with a key safe for easy access. It also has parking which is often rare in Broadstairs and it can be very difficult to find a parking space on a summers day. We have an area in the communal garden for a barbecue or to enjoy your morning coffee. We are literally a couple of minutes walk to the beach. You can see from the photos the most amazing sea view as you enter Granville road.
