This little space right next to my house is on top of a hill overlooking Modbury. Open plan and full of rustic charm it’s perfect if you're stopping off for a short stay in Modbury to explore the beautiful South Hams, the South West Coast Path, the many stunning beaches, Dartmoor or attending a wedding. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay, with a sofa bed, TV, wifi, shower/loo, kettle, toaster, microwave, single hob cooker, air fryer, fridge and space to stretch out and relax.

Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.
