Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. It is located in the historical 1'st district just a few steps from the Fishermen's Bastion and Matthias Church. Bus 16 stops at the entrance of the house, M2 subway, shops ,banks, foodstores, churches, restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment is good for couples, business people and also for families with two children.

The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament, has an old beauty while the apartment is characterful and feels home instantly. The flat looks onto the inner courtyard of the house. We try to offer competitive prices, as our place is far from perfect, but (hopefully) still applies to quite a few people.
