Welcome to Quercus Residence, a spacious 58-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in the serene village of Tudorovići, offering stunning views of Sveti Stefan and the Budva Riviera. Enjoy the panoramic Adriatic Sea views from your private terrace, making this apartment an ideal escape for couples or small families. We have 4 apartments of the same kind in our villa. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The apartment has a small coffee kitchenette and offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Our apartment is perfect for couples or friends that want to enjoy Budva. Nice and clean apartment with one double bed and one pull-out sofa, with terrace in front. This cozy apartment has a great location - it's just 5 min from the beach and Old town. The shoping mall TQ Plaza, where guest can find huge supermarket, faramacy, bars, restaurants, cinema and many others shops, is just 2 min walking from the apartment. The apartment has free wi-fi and air-conditioned.

The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.

The studio offers STUNNING views of the Montenegrian coast line and the Adriatic sea. The pool is few steps away from the terrace where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine and watch the sunset from the apartment. The studio is 36m2 and the terrace is 12m2.(free wifi) Parties are not allowed. Pool is open from May 1 to October 31
