It offers a truly unique stay in a characterful yet stylish property in a beautiful and historically significant village. This property was previously owned by a local family for almost 100 years and Beresford's House shows you a glimpse of the past through photographs and memorabilia from a bygone era. The property has been modernised to ensure a comfortable stay whilst retaining many original features.

Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.
