The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas. Adults only. 2 guests max. Our peaceful dog friendly home from home has the countryside on your doorstep with plenty of walks/bike rides etc. * Private garden which is not overlooked complete with BBQ and seating area * Kingsize bed, Netflix, Sky TV, WiFi and Air con unit for the warmer months * Private Parking * CCTV on front door and back gate * This centrally-located home has a number of attractions within a short driving distance and local pubs We do not have a hot tub anymore for returning guests

The Granary

The Granary is a self contained studio room within the grounds of our house. It's completely self contained, with a private entrance, en suite shower room, and off road parking. There is also a fridge and a microwave, a two burner electric hob, (but please note no oven or washing machine), dining table and chairs, crockery, glasses etc, TV and DVD player. We leave a selection of cereals, bread, milk, juice in the fridge for guests to help themselves to continental breakfast.

Quarryman’s Cosy Cottage

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cosy quarryman’s one bedroom cottage. Finished to an excellent standard through out, newly refurbished and fully equipped for all your needs. The property is in the heart of Groby Village close to local amenities and shops. Excellent travel links to the A50, A46 and M1 and a 5 minute drive from Groby pool, Martinshaw woods and Bradgate park. My place is great for a working professional couple or even a single person!

The Billhook

We have 2 lovely Shepherd's huts available, The Billhook & The Longbow, situated in a rural location on Historic battlefield ground. Self contained huts, with their own bathroom and kitchenette, where you can cosy up in a comfortable bed in front of the log burner or just open the blinds and look at the panoramic views over the open countryside. A 3 minute walk away from a superb country pub, which serves great food every day of the week.

Peaceful Countryside Retreat. Rural farmhouse offering a cosy boutique first floor two room apartment with its own kitchenette. A place to base and explore, work from or to unwind after work. Our place is a smallholding and have two vintage tractors that still do the work. Walks in the countryside directly from the doorstep along footpaths and canal towpaths and many other attractions.
