The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

Within the property there is a large open-plan kitchen/living area with bifold doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the living space you'll find yourself in the cosy bedroom with a super king size bed. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub, sun loungers, BBQ and fully fenced garden. After a day’s adventures what could be nicer than stargazing from the hot tub.
