There is a garden area with seating, and you can park right outside the property. The BT Wi-Fi is free. The property is clean & functional, while being good value for money. Located in Caergwrle, near Hope village; 8 miles from historic City of Chester & 6 miles from Wrexham City. Please do not invite visitors.

There is one step down to the kitchen and shower room - the floor is wooden and the living area is carpeted.
