‘Woodside’ is a cosy self-contained 1 bedroomed holiday home nestled within the Nottinghamshire countryside, surrounded by open fields and 25 acres of mature woodland, ideal for a romantic getaway. We are located in a peaceful rural location right on the door step of Sherwood Forest, Robin hood country. Our modern accommodation features an open plan dining area and fully fitted kitchen, dual aspect lounge, and luxury hot tub. The holiday home is set within the grounds of our own farmhouse.

The Stables - countryside character property

A self-contained hideaway sleeping up to 3 in a converted former stable full of countryside charm with original beams in the vaulted ceiling. The property is located in the village of Sturton le Steeple with a great local pub, and is ideally suited to couples looking for a relaxed rural getaway or a small family wanting to enjoy the attractions of the local area. Located on the Nottinghamshire-Lincolnshire-South Yorkshire border, the historic city of Lincoln is just 35 minutes away.

An ideal location to visit the surrounding areas, ie Welbeck Abbey, Sherwood Forest, Cresswell Craggs. Our barn conversion consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, walk-in shower, bath. Second toilet. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and an American fridge/freezer. Small dog accepted by prior negotiation. Parking for 2 cars. Although close to A60, country walks are within walking distance. Walk across the road to the Carrs Nature Reserve and park - see photos.

This would suit small families, couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. Ollerton is a couple of miles away with a selection of shops & takeaways.

Cosy mini cottage near Sherwood Forest

'Holly Berry' is a cosy holiday hideaway in the picturesque Nottinghamshire village of Wellow. Please note that Holly Berry is only bookable for a maximum of two adults. It is equipped with kitchenette (larder fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster but no oven or hob), shower/washroom, small sofa, mezzanine level with double mattress, wood burning stove, television and private outdoor seating area with bike lock-up. Two excellent village pubs within 100 yards.

Wetlands Eco Lodge

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in a mature wooded setting with breathtaking lakeside views right on your doorstep. Nottinghamshire wildlife trust (SSSI) and Idle Valley 300m away a haven for nature lovers and home to hundreds of wild birds – and even recently, beavers! Great for walking, rambling and mountain bikers. Local village pub nearby and the market town of Retford a very short drive . Kingfishers literally beneath the lodge !

Small well equipped space for one guest ideal for short stays.. Not suitable for Children or animals. Private access. Living area. Ensuit shower room. Small double sized sofabed, TV, DVD, kettle. Fresh bedding & towels. On street parking. Quiet residential area, local shops & train station. Kings Mill Hospital, Sherwood Business Park, Coxmoor and Hollinwell golf clubs, Newstead Abbey nearby.

2 Bed Home in Worksop

Enjoy the use of our home in the central area of Worksop, only 5mins walk from the train station or 10 mins from the M1. Lots of local amenities, with a Cafe a few doors down if you don't want to rustle up your own food in the kitchen. We had a couple of iffy reviews due to the old kitchen, so we closed down in April and installed a brand new modern kitchen for our future guests
