Set in the Tamar Valley National Landscape and Cornwall and West Devon Mining Landscape World Heritage Site, with views of Cornwall and shared use of our quarter acre garden. It has a cosy living room, well-equipped kitchen, & a spacious bathroom. There is a King Size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the twin bedroom. There are STEEP STEPS down through the rear of the garden, but access is also available from the front of the property directly at street level.

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
