My place is a five minute drive to Kilshane House Hotel for wedding guests. Beautiful walks nearby my Cottage here. I'm less than a one hour drive from Cork, Kilkenny, Dungarvan and Waterford and 40 minutes from Limerick so central. The beautiful Glen of Aherlow is nearby with great walks, cycle trails and horse riding. You’ll love my place because of the stove, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the cosiness, the high ceilings and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families

Located in the countryside close to Bansha village (near Kilshane House) and minutes from some of Ireland's best hiking, the cottage is a little over an hour from Shannon or Cork airports, and two from Dublin. The perfect retreat for small families, friend trips, those home to visit or relocating.

The Swallow's Nest

Please don't come here - If you're looking for big city lights, mod cons & public transport. Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Self catering cottage set at the foot of the Galtee Mountains in the Glen of Aherlow adjacent to the village of Bansha. Cottage was an old forge which was renovated recently. This 1 bed cottage has all the mod cons you need for a relaxing stay and is located c.2km from the village of Bansha . It is also less than 10mins to the towns of Cahir and Tipperary and under 15mins to the historic town of Cashel. It is also less than 5 mins drive to the famous wedding venue, Kilshane House.

Guests have their own private attached one bedroom cottage at the side of the host home with a spacious bedroom, ensuite bathroom with electric shower, living area, kitchenette, oil heating, open fire, private patio & private parking. Surrounded by nature. 500m from the renowned Coolmore Stud. Within 5 minute drive from the scenic town of Fethard. Short drive to the Rock of Cashel, Kilkenny Castle, Cahir Castle, Swiss Cottage, Blueway & Slievenamon just to name a few.

Hawes Barn - 200 Year Old Cottage

Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. Croc an Oir is a romantic retreat for a couple, and traditional features include a cosy woodburner, a half door, arched windows and a delightful loft style bedroom. There is also a private courtyard and garden.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Victorian Lodge in the Countryside near Cashel

Enjoy the tranquility and comfort of our renovated Victorian Gate Lodge near Cashel in Co Tipperary. The Lodge has been in our family for 5 generations and has been a much loved family home. It is full of character with comfortable beds, a cosy sitting room and well equipped kitchen . The Lodge is situated only 7km from the Historic town of Cashel, and is in a very central location for touring most parts of the country.

Aherlow Cottage

A country escape nestled on the River Aherlow, in the peaceful surroundings of the Galtee Mountains. Our 3 bedroom cottage is a stable conversion and part of our 25 acre farm. It has lots of character and atmosphere, inside and out, with the advantages of modern comfort. Take in the spectacular views of the Galtees from the cottage or put on your walking shoes and enjoy a stroll in the nearby mountains and woodlands.

Wren's Nest delightful off-grid nature cabin

Wren's Nest is a unique off grid retreat nestled among the trees at the back of our wild cottage garden. It is the ideal place to relax with a book and enjoy the many small birds and wild plants that share the space. It is a great base for walkers and cyclists to explore the surrounding pretty villages and beyond. What better way to spend an evening than to cook in the out door kitchen and dine under the stars.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It will give you your own private entrance. It's a comfortable studio apartment, it has 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed with mattress topper for a good night's sleep. It consists of a mini kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
