Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Recentemente ristrutturato, è l’ideale per chi ricerca la tranquillità in pieno centro, con una bellissima vista sulle campagne toscane grazie al terrazzo panoramico perfetto per una colazione al sole o un aperitivo speciale. Immerso nella parte storica della città, si raggiungono comodamente a piedi ristoranti tipici, negozi e tutte le bellezze di San Miniato. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale è l'ideale per visitare l'intera Toscana.

Das Anwesen liegt ca. 1 km vom Meer (nur 8-10 Gehminuten) entfernt und hat im Hinterland noch ca. 150 ha Land mit Getreidefeldern, Macchia und Olivenbäumen sowie einem kleinen See. Die Fattoria mit ca. 150 qm Wohnfläche wurde um 1800 erbaut und dient seitdem der Familie als Sommer- und Landresidenz. An der Vorderseite liegt ein klassischer Garten. Der 6 x 20 Meter grosse Pool wird auch von anderen 2 Gästefamilien genutzt, bietet jedoch durch die grosszügige Anlage genug Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

L’appartamento si trova al piano terreno di una villa di fine ottocento divisa in 8 alloggi, immersa in un ampio parco che arriva fino al mare. Ampia terrazza che affaccia direttamente sul mare e parcheggio privato completano la proprietà. L’alloggio è formato da un soggiorno con divano letto, un soppalco con materasso matrimoniale, una zona cucina, un bagno con doccia. Situated on the first floor of Palazzo Pfanner, a charming baroque Palazzo and building of historical interest in the centre of the town of Lucca, the apartment recreates perfectly the atmosphere of the antique noble residences for visitors who wish to try this unique experience.
