The Coal House -

The Coal House is a unique building with a style of its own! Originally the out buildings to Georges Cottage, it stands on its own plot with private parking and outdoor courtyard. A romantic retreat set on our working farm, overlooking the Beck Valley perfect for a rural getaway yet with plenty to do in the area. Step into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can relax after a day of exploring, then head upstairs where there is a double bedroom with an impressive vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, read a book by the full length picture window and enjoy the far reaching views of the countryside, there is also a footpath from the farm for romantic evening strolls!

Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving hot food.

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.

The Bramley Nook

Located down a hidden lane in a quiet riverside village with excellent transport links into Newark on Trent, Lincoln and Nottingham. Although peaceful, it is moments off the A1, so great for onward journeys. It is also ideally placed for access to the famous Newark showground. Situated in a rural setting just a short meander to the riverside pub and lovely walks. A completely private cottage with one large double, a twin, lounge area, kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard.

Barnaby’s Cottage

Surrounded by quaint villages the cottage is set within 25 acres and tennis court. A short drive to the historic towns of Newark and Southwell and the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln. 20 minutes from the cottage are Sherwood Forest and the Robin Hood Centre and Clumber Park. Sheffield and Leeds are an hour away by car. The cottage features a wonderful moat and has private off road parking. Stabling and horse box parking available at an extra cost.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
