Located in quiet area above the Waurn Ponds walk/bike track, it's just a few minutes from the Surf Coast Highway, Colac Rd, Geelong Ring Road, Epworth Hospital, Deakin University, Waurn Ponds Shopping precinct, Belmont Villiage, Grovedale Hotel, etc.

"Leafy Retreat" is a spectacular, wood and lead light Art Deco/Nouveau/Arts Crafts inspired private bungalow. Surrounded by intriguing gardens and private spaces, whimsical footpaths and fantastical creative elements. Hand built and adorned by the hosts who have collected unique items for 20 years to place in this unique dwelling. Come, enjoy a long soak in our stone bath! NOTE: Leafy Retreat is very private and is located at the rear of the hosts house in a very quiet suburban street.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

The river end of Belmont (An entire 2Bedroom Unit)

Modest self-contained unit underneath a family home. This is an entire unit with 5 single beds - not as economical if you have only 2 guests. 200m From lovely river walks. 10min from cafes and shops. 10min drive to Geelong centre. All occupants are considered paying guests. This unit is not suitable for children 2 years and under. Please request a waterproof underlay for those who might need them.
