Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates up to 4 guests. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber & other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

Get up in the morning and enjoy your coffee watching the Osprey, Eagles, and Hawks fish for their morning breakfast. Located about 40 minutes away from Annapolis and DC for easy day trips. Come back in the evening and grill outside watching the beautiful sunsets. Your host lives in a historic home on the same property dating back to the early 1800's.

Perfect for 1 or 2 adults looking to get off the grid and recharge. In St. Mary's County,MD, just 90 minutes south of Washington DC. However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.

This is a standalone apartment above garage, which is a detached building from the front main house. The entire unit was completely renovated in Jan 2023, this is a great quiet space to stay for graduations on base, business travelers, etc. with just minutes to walk to the Potomac river waterfront one street over from restaurants in the Town of Quantico. Virginia highway to town goes through military base you need “REAL ID” equivalent and need to get a visitor pass for entry.

Beach Carriage House with Pool and Cabana

A Colonial Beach property with a heated pool, cabana, and entertaining patio with gas grill is located just steps away from a sandy bathing beach on the historic Potomac River. The Beach Carriage House includes a spiral staircase that leads up to a beautiful loft with a queen-size bed. Downstairs is a full bath with an extra-large walk-in shower as well as a comfortable living room with gas fireplace, queen-size sleep sofa, and equipped kitchenette. Holds up to 4 guests.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.

This brand new (Feb 2024 build), modern basement unit is ideally located in a lovely community, less than a 5 min drive from regional parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and more in White Plains, MD. It features a spacious, open space plan with a comfy living area, dining area, a nice den, and coffee station equipped with disposable dinnerware and silverware. The bedroom features a super comfortable king-size memory foam bed.

Gatton Farm Guesthouse is a two bedroom, one bathroom second floor dwelling above a detached garage located in picturesque Newburg, Maryland. Being on 15 acres and only one thousand feet from the Potomac River, guests will enjoy views of Canadian geese, wild turkeys, bald eagles and white tail deer. Gatton Farm is also considered a historical site as it was once the residence of famous guitarist Danny Gatton.
