Quirky Tin Cottage near the Mendip Hills

Our cottage is a quirky wooden framed, tin clad cottage, sitting on the banks of a stream, next to our house. Although small it feels much bigger with a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It can sleep 4 people with the use of the sofa bed. It features a wood burning stove, (it also has central heating ;-)), a gorgeous mural across one wall, a veranda for sitting and watching the world go by, oh and it also has full WiFi, smart TV and sound system if this all sounds a little rustic.

Relax in our beautiful former coach house, stylishly renovated and conveniently located for a peaceful stay in the heart of the Somerset Levels. The Coach House boasts a brand-new kitchen with Nespresso machine, living area, bedroom with luxury king bed, and ensuite with roll-top bath and separate shower. Upstairs is a twin bedroom and shower room. Providing easy access to explore all Somerset has to offer, found in the centre of the village and just a stones-throw from two country pubs and shop

Wendale Barn is a beautifully renovated, compact, detached building, the perfect place to relax on the edge of Cheddar. With private patio, decking and stunning views of the reservoir and Glastonbury Tor. Private, romantic, the ideal getaway, with double bed upstairs and sofa-bed in the living room; although it is open plan, so the shared space isn’t private. Access is via a run of steps up the hillside, some garden terraces are up to 1.1m high, without guardrails and there is a shallow pond.

Tiny Home in the Somerset Levels

Tucked away at the bottom of our garden, our Tiny Home is a little rustic escape from modern life. Sit on the deck and enjoy the company of friendly cows basking in the evening sun, or gaze out of the picture window spotting the wildlife. The cabin is designed so that you can reconnect with yourselves and nature (there’s no TV!) - play board games, cook up something wonderful in the kitchen, or go exploring at one of the fabulous Somerset Levels nature reserves! Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A private and rural location in the pretty village of Wedmore makes this the perfect location to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and historic towns and villages in the area. Wedmore is situated on the edge of the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels, and is close to three incredible nature reserves as well as Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury. This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Gather round the fire bowl as the sun goes down to watch the stars emerge over truly dark skies. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.

Delightful country cottage in a farm setting. Private garden with hot tub, firepit, BBQ and relaxing chairs. Cosy wood burner for chilly evenings. Beautiful and tranquil location set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Access to miles of footpaths from the front door, including the West Mendip Way. Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Bath, as well as many other beauty spots and attractions. A good selection of pubs and restaurants, some accessible on foot. Up to 2 dogs are welcome.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

A stones throw from the famous Cheddar Gorge and Cliffs . Access to lovely walks and bike trails direct from your door , and yet a short stroll to pubs , cafes and restaurants. Wood stoves for those chillier nights to keep things cosy , we provide all wood/kindling . You will need to manage the stove yourself , a relatively easy task .
