"A recently refurbished self-contained annex in the midst of beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Close to the Chilterns, the pretty market towns of Thame and Watlington and just 20 minutes drive from Oxford. There are excellent walks and numerous pubs and restaurants with delicious food and warm fires. The property is a separate annex from the main house and is perfect for a relaxing break. It has a sitting area and kitchen, a bedroom with beautiful views, a superking bed and a modern bathroom.

Based in central Windsor with private parking, the property is an ideal place for a staycation. Mess about on the river (boating, paddle boarding, swimming) or visit the many beauty spots in the area. The Park and Thames Path river walk are 10 minutes walk. Nearby bus stops serve neighbouring Henley-on-Thames (8 miles away).

Only 20 minutes from London Heathrow Airport and ideally located in one of the most central terraces in Windsor, our cosy cottage is full of character and charm, with all the modern conveniences you'd expect. Perfect for a romantic get-away or a family sight-seeing trip. Windsor Cottage is an 1890's two bedroom terrace house that comfortably sleeps a family or 4 (+ travel cot). A home away from home, you will find all of the luxury and convenience expected of a traditional English cottage.

This one bedroom apartment is annexed within our family home but benefits from its own entrance and facilities. Quiet village location but easy access to transport links (Heathrow is 20 mins drive, London 35 mins on the train). We are on the edge of the Chilterns, an UNESCO recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We are taking bookings using the Covid19 guidelines and legislation set out on the UK government website. If the road map changes then availability may also need to change.

This quintessential Cotswold cottage is located in the heart of an idyllic village just outside of Bampton & 4 miles from Burford. Located 1.5 hours from London, the cottage is perfect for those seeking a charming Cotswolds getaway. Constructed c.1847, it retains many original features including wonderful beams and stone walls. More recently it has been extensively and sympathetically renovated to a high standard, decorated with a thoughtful mix of contemporary & chic antique furnishings.

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. The Kingham Plough and The Wild Rabbit, are a short walk away. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Bamford club a longer walk/short drive.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.

Parking spaces at the front and use of the pretty garden to the rear. Fantastic location on the edge of the Chilterns; good road and rail links to London and Oxford, close to the Thames, Windsor, Marlow, Cliveden, Hedsor House, Harry Potter Studios and Legoland. Plus there’s a pub next door!
