This delightful garden annex has everything you would need for a relaxed stay in Wiltshire. Set in a large private garden, with views of the woods behind, you will find your stay a peaceful and enjoyable one. This one bedroom annex has a king size bed, with the option of a day bed which converts to a single bed. We also provide a TV, DVD Player & books and games for your entertainment. The annex also has its own self contained kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a minibar.

‘Summerdale’ Well appointed private Annexe with own outdoor Courtyard. Summerdale is self-contained and well equipped with a double bed, own private entrance and driveway parking. It features an ensuite shower room, lounge area with Sky TV, kitchenette and private courtyard. The Annexe is a modern space with plenty of natural light and has many homely touches to make your stay comfortable, including hard and soft pillows, coat hangers with hanging space and USB charging points.

Rural cottage on our family farm. Beautifully decorated and full of character. Large garden & plenty of parking. Well equipped Kitchen diner and log burner with good supply of logs in sitting room. Large flat screen in sitting room and television in both bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom & loo and additional shower room & loo downstairs Lots of lovely walks in the area and village pub also in walking distance. Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

Kellaways House Cottage

Kellaways House Cottage is located in the small village of East Tytherton, Wiltshire close to the nearby market towns of Chippenham and Calne in the north of the county. Its rural setting provides a tranquil atmosphere without being too far from local amenities. The area is popular with walkers and cyclists, but if you want a bit more excitement, it is also perfectly situated to explore places further a feld in Wiltshire, East Somerset and the South Cotswolds.

The Bath Room

The Bath Room is a unique & stylish annexe attached to the old Victorian Station Master's house. This self-contained garden studio apartment has a separate entrance, private courtyard garden with its own outdoor Bath. Located in Corsham just a short walk away from the historic high street. The garden studio provides guests with a superking bed, kitchenette, luxury shower room with twin basins and a working cast iron bath in the courtyard garden.

The Garden Room

Beautiful, self-contained, self catering room, with own bathroom in the Cotswold village of Biddestone. Lovely walks nearby and 7 miles from Bath. Fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave etc. There is milk/tea and coffee. there are several shops in Corsham and a big Sainsbury’s supermarket nearby. Excellent pub food locally at ‘The White Horse’, a minutes stroll away. ‘The White Hart’ at Ford, on the river is excellent.

Comfortable, small self-contained garden studio with own entrance, comprising double bed, mini kitchen unit (two electric hobs, microwave, fridge, sink, crockery/utensils, kettle, toaster). Shower room, with underfloor heating and heated towel rail. TV and wifi available. Hair shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and towels are provided. Tea, coffee, milk provided. No personal laundry facilities are available.

A self contained studio with own private entrance, great views overlooking the Wiltshire downs and the Cherill White Horse. A super king sized bed or 2 single beds if requested. There is an ensuite bathroom and small alcove with tea and coffee making facilities, Nespresso machine, small fridge and microwave oven (not proper kitchen). The annexe is a recently renovated self-contained 1-bedroom apartment in a town centre location, ideally situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and includes an allocated parking space. The property is completely separate from the main house with a private entrance and outside space available on the sun terrace in our private garden.

Facing south, the room is a newly refurbished en-suite guest room situated in the peaceful village of Rudloe not far from the beautiful market town of Corsham. There is a café just around the corner which is open until 2 pm, Monday to Friday Parking for one vehicle and free WI-FI are available
