Easy access to the M1, A1, M62 and A19 with good transport links to major locations such as York (14 miles), Leeds (24 miles) and other destinations make it a relaxing and ideal base to unwind and explore the beautiful Yorkshire surroundings.

The Studio is in our unique self- build home which we designed to be future proof and environmentally friendly. Located in the beautiful village of Church Fenton, North Yorkshire. The village has a wonderful community shop, pub, gastropub and a restaurant. Walks through the surrounding countryside crisscross throughout the village and its just a short 18 min walk to the train station where trains run to York (11 mins) and Leeds (15 mins). With open views to the front and rear of the property.

The Cosy Apartment Sherburn in Elmet

Julie's apartment is located just outside Leeds and York. "Sherburn in Elmet" is a lovely town offering plenty of amenities. Quiet village location, with on-site free secure CCTV parking, close to motorways and places of interest. Short driving distance of Leeds and the historic city of York. South Milford train station just a 2 minutes drive. Our location is suitable for both business and pleasure. Close by; we have Fairburn Ings, Xcape/ Junction 32 shopping outlet and Sherburn Aero Club.

The Old Stables - Private, cosy & quiet home.

The Old Stables is a self-contained unit in a private courtyard detached from the main house in Tadcaster, N. Yorkshire. Tadcaster is a lovely old brewery town, 10 miles S. West of York and 12 miles N. East of Leeds. The Old Stables is located a short 5 minute walk from the town centre which offers a range of fantastic pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities. There is a frequent and reliable bus service into York and Leeds located a stones throw from the property. Free parking available.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but within a 5-minute walk to restaurants, pubs and local amenities such as supermarket, swimming pool and leisure facilities. A short walk to scenic rural woodland and the picturesque riverside. Close to popular wedding venues such as Hazlewood Castle and The Priory wedding barn. Excellent links to Leeds and York. The village has two pubs both serving tasty home cooked food and real ales.

Alder Cottage is a self contained annex with off street parking with space for one (or two) cars. Set in a peaceful, rural location 100meters from a small nature reserve. Whether you need a base for a weekend or short break. This location offers many options for exploring the local area either by walking or cycling. SELBY is 5 miles and York 15 miles away. The annex is a 5minute walk from the village of Hambleton where there are two local pubs one of which has an excellent all day menu.

The property is a beautiful maisonette at Station House, an iconic grade 2 listed former railway station built in 1841 .The history of the building can still clearly be seen; indeed your accommodation is in the old waiting rooms overlooking the station platform. Tours of the rest of the site may be available on request, including the old goods shed. Guests have access to the public footpath/cycle way adjacent to the property along the old railway line.

The Gables, Tadcaster, LS24 8DP

The Gables is a 3 bedroom Edwardian villa in a quiet part of Tadcaster, ideally situated between York (9 miles) and Leeds (14 miles) and close to many popular wedding venues. Holidaymakers and workers are equally welcome. Parking is on the lane right outside. For those wanting to visit York, the Park and Ride at Askham Bar is 10 minutes away and a better option than parking in York. The Gables is not wheelchair friendly.

Relax as a small family or couple at this peaceful place to stay. Close to York, the coast or even the bright lights of Leeds. Come and be part of our welcoming village for the weekend or maybe even a week. We are convenient for the wedding venues of the Oakwood at Ryther and Deighton Lodge, Deighton. No.3 is next to No. 4, our sister property and can be rented together to accommodate up to 8 guests.
