Powered by wood pellet boiler and on its own water system supplied from the Ochills you can feel completely at one with nature. On occasions you can wake up to deer grazing within feet of your bedroom window and be lulled to sleep by the hooting of owls or wind blowing through the trees.

Fully restored traditional colony cottage situated in the lovely Scottish village of Dollar at the foot of the Ochil hills. Easy access to Stirling, St Andrews, Perth, Gleneagles and Edinburgh and Glasgow. Unrestricted street parking, fully enclosed rear garden, which is pet-friendly. Separate dining area off kitchen which then leads to the private garden. Local shops are widely available and the cottage has wi-fi, TV, plus a selection of books and games.

Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.
