Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approx. 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, easy access to the Southwest coast path. Pets are welcome for a fee.

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

The Old Farm House - Holyford Farm

The original farm house building here at Holyford. A fabulous late Tudor period property, it has a wealth of oak panelling, cross beams, a fabulous inglenook fireplace with wood burner, spiral staircases, stone mullion windows and various other period features. The property forms the east wing of the main farmhouse building (the owners live on site), and is Grade 2 Listed. The property has its own large garden area with teak furniture. It is a wonderfully quiet, rural location in East Devon.

Vine Cottage is in a peaceful location next to the river, perfectly situated within easy reach of many of Devon's treasures and approximately a 6 minute drive from the beautiful Jurassic Coast. Colyton is a quiet town in East Devon full of charm, winding lanes, beautiful architecture, independent shops and delicious places to eat. The cottage has plenty of character with exposed beams and a stone fireplace with woodburner. There is a pretty courtyard garden and off street parking.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Fine period home on country estate, Lyme Regis

Situated on the beautiful Rousdon Estate, just a few miles from Lyme Regis, the Stable Courtyard offers a spacious, family friendly home for the perfect west country holiday. The Estate was built in the 1870s for the Peake family in the Arts and Crafts style, and is now an exclusive development of individual dwellings over 300 acres of leafy private grounds. The estate offers access to its own private beach and also access to the famous Undercliff and coast path into Lyme Regis.
