The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Free parking, 1 good dog welcome, House rules apply

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

It is the perfect base for exploring Devon and Dorset and is close to many beautiful beaches along the Jurassic coast. Seaton, Lyme Regis, Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth are all just a short drive away. Colyton with it's tramway is just down the road. This large, warm and cosy caravan is in an idyllic spot , a short 10 minute walk from Colyton. A 5 minute drive to Seaton and 15 minute drive to the stunning coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Sidmouth . Colyton (Devon's most rebellious town) in AONB boasts some lovely places to eat and the tramway is only a short walk away. River Cottage is also a 10 minute drive from Colyton, near Axminster. We live on a working dairy farm, we have wonderful views of the Umbourne Valley.

Our cabin is a newly build cosy and luxuries space. Private and self contained. Set in the back of the garden. Contemporary furnished for nice relaxing stay in the middle of beautiful countryside but only within 15 min walk to the sea. Fully insulated and soundproof. Perfect place to get away from it all. Ideal for a couple and one child sleeping on the single sofa bed. The space will be restricted if you require extra cot for an infant. Please note there is no disabled access.

Heather Hideaway is a cosy annexe. It’s completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. No shared spaces. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a convenience store 200m away. Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approximately 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.
