The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

A grade 2 listed 5-star converted granary. Bright and airy, with upstairs sitting room and kitchenette, with feature oak beams. Views of the historic courtyard and the Axe River valley. Downstairs is a large double bedroom, on-suite shower room, and built-in washing machine. A sunny area outside for relaxing with coffee or wine. 5 minutes drive to the beach and cliffs at Seaton, 10 minutes to the fishing village of Beer, 10 minutes to Sidmouth, and to Lyme Regis. Close to pubs and restaurants.

Harry’s Hideaway, Colyton, Nr Lyme Regis, Devon

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. We have renovated this converted horse-box this year. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has an electric heater,heated blanket, radio, fridge, oven, shower/toilet and bed. It is set in its own space above our 2 static caravans. During your stay you will have access into our farm so you can meet the cows, calves, dogs, chickens and horses. There are also beautiful walks through Colyton and also below the farm through the fields.

Little Rock is a unique and tranquil getaway set in the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only 7.3 miles to the Jurassic coast. The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Heather Hideaway - Self-contained.

Heather Hideaway is a cosy annexe. It’s completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. No shared spaces. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a convenience store 200m away. Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approx. 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, easy access to the Southwest coast path. Pets are welcome for a fee.

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Classic thatched english country cottage in stunning setting in midst of Area of Natural Beauty. All rooms very bright and airy (all rooms dual aspect windows) with a kitchen flooded with light with french doors opening out onto the 1/3 acre garden and surrounded by fields. Cottage is short level walk to Colyton which has 3 pubs, 4 cafes, chippy, butcher, 2 small supermarket, gym, a post office, library, hairdressers, garden centre, lovely walks, a river, 2 football pitches, tennis courts etc

2 Holiday caravans at Colcombe Abbey Farm, Colyton, Devon

Colcombe Abbey Farm is a family run working dairy farm located on the edge of Colyton. We have 100 Friesian cows which are milked by robotic milking machine. You are welcome to view the cows being milked . Also, we have baby calves which have to be bottle fed morning and afternoon. There are baby turkeys, a few chickens, guinea fowl, Mr Grumpy the goose, and our 4 lovely horses. We also have 1 springer spaniel and a terrier which are very friendly. EACH CARAVAN IS PRICED INDIVIDUALLY

Rustic, charming, up-cycled mobile home called 'Willow' with access to the farm. Clean and comfortable with stunning views across the Umborne valley to the picturesque town of Colyton which is a ten minute walk away. It's winding streets, historical buildings and friendly pubs make it a lovely town to visit. It is situated in an 'AONB' (area of outstanding natural beauty). Private parking is available.A stroll across the bridge over a stream is a perfect start to your countryside holiday.

Vine Cottage is in a peaceful location next to the river, perfectly situated within easy reach of many of Devon's treasures and approximately a 6 minute drive from the beautiful Jurassic Coast. Colyton is a quiet town in East Devon full of charm, winding lanes, beautiful architecture, independent shops and delicious places to eat. The cottage has plenty of character with exposed beams and a stone fireplace with woodburner. There is a pretty courtyard garden and off street parking.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
